【Features】
1、Using our independent development new type of calcium salt antirust additive to replace the traditional metal barium salt, so the anti-corrosion performance is excellent and free of heavy metal, passed the EU ROHS certification and other requirements like PFOA, PFOS, is eco-friendly.
2、Using the refined low viscosity mineral oil as base oil, adds some of our new antirust additive, filmogen, import metal attenuated agent, antioxygen and so on.
3、The viscosity of the product is moderate, easy for spraying, very economical.
4、It can control moisture and the content of mechanical impurity, to make the breakdown voltage resistance and electrostatic spray performance excellent.
5、Due to the excellent water displacement effect of the additive, the antirust results of the product can be good no matter if there is rinse water on the board or the store room is too wet.
6、It has excellent oil resistance, there won’t be oil stain after long time storage.
7、It is very stable, won’t be metamorphic after sealed storage for 1 year.
8、The product has good degreasing capacity, so that the oil slick can be removed easily by neutral or alkaline cleaner, and good for the Parkerizing.
9、The product is with high flash point, nonflammable, no off-smell, doesn’t contain soluble barium salt. It is eco-friendly.
